Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order — nothing sits on a shelf.

When you check out, your print is produced just for you by our print partner, at the facility closest to you. That means two things: your piece is fresh, and it needs a little time.

Timing

- Please allow a few extra days for printing before your order ships. We're not Amazon-fast on purpose — quality over speed.

- Once it leaves the printer, delivery time depends on where you live. You'll see a delivery estimate at checkout and a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

- Ordering for a gift? Give yourself 2-3 weeks of breathing room. If you're cutting it close, email hello@gildedco.ca and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.

Cost

- Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your order's size, weight, and destination — you pay exactly what it costs to get it to you, nothing more.

- On larger orders we may cover shipping for you. If it applies to your order, you'll see it at checkout.

A few good-to-knows

- Orders with pieces from more than one maker can arrive in separate parcels — nothing's lost, it's just logistics.

- We ship to Canada and the United States. For anywhere else, email hello@gildedco.ca first and we'll work it out.

Orders are printed to order by our fulfilment partners. Most products are printed by Gelato, which routes each order to its nearest production facility. Throw blankets, pillows, apparel, stickers, and fine-art paper prints are printed by Art of Where in Montreal, QC and ship from there.
